Quinoa Tabouli Salad Tabouli is a Lebanese salad that was created over 4000 years ago! Typically it’s made with parsley, tomatoes and bulgur wheat, but in our version, we use light and fluffy quinoa in place of the bulgur. We also add a super delicious and simple Tahini Dressing to the mix. Toss in some chickpeas or our Chicken-Style Soy Curls to make this scrumptious salad a meal. It’s also great stuffed into our Chicken-Style Pita Pockets and our Falafel Pitas, or served with Our Favorite Hummus and Baked Pita Crunchers. |
