We thought it would be fun to dazzle our tastebuds with flavors from around the globe this week.

Taking a trip to Greece, Italy or Mexico sounds really good right about now, but since we aren’t headed out to watch sunsets over the Aegean Sea in Santorini, picnic on the rolling hills of Tuscany, or sip margaritas on white, sandy beaches in Puerto Vallarta, we thought we’d give you a little taste of these magical places by bringing their amazing flavors to you!

We’re talking about Gyro Crumble Pitas with Tzatziki, Tuscan Bean Soup, and Tostadas with Creamy Pintos and Mexican Street Corn!

Wow, these Gyros will blow your mind! The flavor combination is incredible, and spot-on! And, when you top them with creamy and cooling Tzatziki and crispy toppings, they become outer worldly.

Tuscan Bean Soup
Traditional Italian food is all about simple, quality ingredients. We start our soup with dried white beans, we add garlic, thyme and fresh rosemary, and let it cook long and slow, so the flavors can really develop. As it cooks, the beans break down and get nice and creamy. Soup needs time, so it's even better the next day!

Tostadas with Creamy Pintos and Mexican Street Corn
Street vendors in Mexico sell corn-on-a-stick called "elotes", a beloved late-night snack. Typically they are dunked in a mayonnaise sauce, and sprinkled with spicy chili powder. For our Tostadas, we use creamy cashews, garlic and fresh lime to really bring this corn topping to life! The combination of our Mexican Street Corn, creamy pinto beans, and fresh toppings will have you waiting for Taco Tuesday all week!
