Steamed Veggie Potstickers with Dipping Sauce Technically our Potstickers are dumplings—soft dough wrapped around a tasty filling and steamed. The term potsticker implies there is a pot involved—and some sticking—but ours are steamed in a basket, and we make sure they don’t stick! We stuff vegan wonton wraps with a delicious filling of sautéed mushrooms, cabbage, garlic, ginger and shallots, and crunchy chopped water chestnuts. When you dip them into our sweet and savory it’s a flavor explosion! |

Mediterranean Nachos These Nachos make dinner fun! First we make our Baked Pita Crunchers ase a base for our Nachos. We layer on our creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus, and a super tangy chopped salad loaded with cucumbers, roasted red peppers, red onions, artichoke hearts and pepperoncini and pickles! Then we drizzle everything with our smoky Tahini Drizzle Sauce. Wowza! Every bite is crunchy and loaded with the Mediterranean flavors we love. |

Tahini Drizzle Sauce Our Tahini Drizzle Sauce is super delicious over our Falafel Pitas, Mediterranean Nachos and Greek Meatball Pitas. And, it’s so easy to make! Just add all of the ingredients to a bowl, and whisk. You’ll want to drizzle this smoky sauce over everything. |
