Lasagna Portobellos with Red Lentil Bolognese All the flavors you love about lasagna, and stuffed into juicy, meaty mushrooms! We top portobello mushroom caps with our creamy Tofu Ricotta, and top them with our delicious Red Lentil Bolognese Sauce which is a lighter version of our original Bolognese Sauce. The red lentils break down as they cook, making our sauce nice and creamy, and the chopped walnuts give it a great texture. How can plant-eating taste so rich and luxurious? |

Date and Nut Bread Pudding Bread Pudding or “Poor Man’s Pudding”, came to us all the way from the 11th century! Rather than throwing out stale bread, cooks soaked the bread in hot water to soften it, added sugar and spices and then baked it until golden brown and served it warm. A couple of centuries later, butter and milk was added and it was then commonly known as “Bread and Butter Pudding”, and eventually “Bread Pudding”. To our Bread Pudding, we add almond milk, sweet dates, walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. When we pull it out of the oven, the outer edges are crispy, the middle is soft and custard-like. This vintage dessert turns out warm, chewy, gooey, sweet and delicious! Top it with your favorite Nice Cream! |
