There’s something fun about food that comes in cute little white boxes, isn’t there? For our Chinese Take Out-Style Tofu, we start with making our Crispy Tofu. Have you tried this yet?
We figured out a way to make it super crispy on the outside, and nice and tender on the inside—with only 2 ingredients! Then, we add a crazy good sauce that is our take on classic Mongolian Beef—it’s sweet and savory with the spicy kick of fresh garlic and ginger. We sauté up some veg, and top everything with fancy green onions. You don’t need a little white box, but don’t forget the chopsticks!

Next up, our Thai Peanut Burgers! Peanuts and burgers may sound a bit odd, but who knew they would get along so well? All of the Thai flavors you love, in a satisfying burger. We make a delicious Peanut Sauce to slather on, and top everything with the fresh crunch of cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño. Sweet and sassy!

Get warm and cozy with our Stuffed Butternut Squash with Almond Cheese. Winter isn’t over just yet, and this comforting and satisfying meal will warm your belly and help thaw you ‘till spring. We rub our sweet butternut squash halves with a touch of maple syrup and stuff them with a savory mix of quinoa, mushrooms, and walnuts—then, top everything with a dollop of our tangy Almond Cheese. The sweet and savory flavors are the sassy bomb!
