Samosas with Cilantro Mint Chutney Samosas are a popular street food in India, as well as most Indian restaurants around the world. These savory little pies are stuffed with a delicious potato filling, mixed with onions, peas and warm spices. They’re typically shaped into triangular little cones and served with a sauce or chutney on the side. We make ours simple and shape them into cute little half moons. They can be served as a starter to an Indian meal, or as the meal itself! Our Cilantro Mint Chutney adds a fresh pop of flavors and a delicious compliment to the warm spiciness of the samosas. |

Bhindi Masala (Stewed Okra) This okra dish is a perfect side dish to any Indian meal. We use frozen okra to keep things simple, tomatoes, coconut milk and warm spices. A squeeze of lime and a handful of chopped cilantro is added at the end for a pop of freshness. Super nutritious and super flavorful! |
