This week, we’re going international again to bring you 3 amazing dishes from around the globe! Included with the 3 recipes are 2 additional bonus recipes!


First stop, China—and our Kung Pao TofuKung Pao sauce is sweet, sour and savory with a touch of heat! First, we crisp up our tofu in the oven until it’s nice and golden brown, and then we toss it with our delicious Kung Pao sauce and veggies. We top all of that deliciousness with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds and serve it over rice. No wonder it’s called Kung POW! Wow!

Next stop, we’re headed back to Mexico for Taco Tuesday! This week we’re having Pepper Jack Quesadillas! You’re in for a treat with our crazy-good Pepper Jack Cheese. It’s creamy and cheesy, with just the right kick! You don’t want to miss it! These Quesadillas are super easy to put together and jam-packed with flavor. I would also suggested making a bowl of our Guacamole to go with them. Delicioso!

Our last stop is Italy where we’re digging into some Baked Penne with Plant-Powered Meat Sauce, as we sit at a big wooden farm table under a tree, overlooking a beautiful vineyard. Can’t you just imagine that? Our Baked Penne will take you there because it’s absolutely out of this world! I know I sound like a broken record, but we work hard at making our food SUPER TASTY and we don’t stop testing until we’re there. This recipe has a few steps to it, so make it when you have a bit more time and when you want to really please a crowd! Watch magic happen as your Cashew Mozzarella turns golden brown and bakes to perfection.
