First stop, China—and our Kung Pao Tofu. Kung Pao sauce is sweet, sour and savory with a touch of heat! First, we crisp up our tofu in the oven until it’s nice and golden brown, and then we toss it with our delicious Kung Pao sauce and veggies. We top all of that deliciousness with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds and serve it over rice. No wonder it’s called Kung POW! Wow! |

Next stop, we’re headed back to Mexico for Taco Tuesday! This week we’re having Pepper Jack Quesadillas! You’re in for a treat with our crazy-good Pepper Jack Cheese. It’s creamy and cheesy, with just the right kick! You don’t want to miss it! These Quesadillas are super easy to put together and jam-packed with flavor. I would also suggested making a bowl of our Guacamole to go with them. Delicioso! |

Our last stop is Italy where we’re digging into some Baked Penne with Plant-Powered Meat Sauce, as we sit at a big wooden farm table under a tree, overlooking a beautiful vineyard.
