This week, we bring you 3 delicious recipes and 2 additional bonus recipes! Creamy Tarragon Vinaigrette and Quick Pickled Red Onions! I just love having these Pickled Red Onions around. I put them on everything!

Get ready for an exciting Taco Tuesday this week, because there is a new meal in town. We call it the Plant-Powered Crunchwrap! Crunchwraps seem to be all the rage right now. And no wonder!
This dish incorporates everything you love about a taco and a burrito into one delicious and easy-to eat-package. Dunk it in some of our famous Nacho Crema, take a bite, and crunch! Your taste buds will never be the same.

Next, we have our classic Nicoise Salad, which is a refreshing version of the traditional salad from France, that includes cooked potatoes, beets and green beans. Our Creamy Tarragon Vinaigrette is similar to our Ranch Dressing, but heavier on the garlic, and the tarragon really sets it apart. This salad will take you to the south of France and back. Look at that beauty!

Sometimes you just want a sandwich, don’t you? Our Deli Roasted Tofu Sandwich hits the spotIt’s easy to put together, super satisfying and has lots of flavors going on! Don't let the tofu fool you—it's coated with a spicy mustard sauce that is crazy good. When you top it with our Quick Pickled Red Onions and take a bite, you get all of the flavors of a classic deli sandwich in one. Don’t forget the crunchy pickles on the side. This is perfect for picnics!
