This week we’re celebrating and paying tribute to The Mighty Bean!
Beans are delicious, and one of the best foods on the planet. They provide protein, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, folate and that fabulous FIBER that you can only get from plants.

It’s a great idea to incorporate beans into your diet, so we are giving you 3 very bean-y and awesome main dishes!

We're talking about a Black Bean Provolone Burger, Zucchini and Corn Chili with Quinoa, and a Loaded Pinto Bowl with Southern-Style Red Cabbage Slaw!

Included with your Loaded Pinto Bowl is a recipe for Quinoa Pilaf and our fabulous Smoky Salsa! Yes, you can easily make your own amazing salsa with no-oil or additives.


Also, our beloved Nacho Crema is back! It’s really the show-stopper of our Loaded Pinto bowl. If you haven’t tried this yet, you are in for a treat!

Our next bean-a-licious treat is our Black Bean Provolone Burger! This is a delicious, smoky burger that we’ve loaded with our creamy Provolone Cheesy Sauce. Try it with our Crispy Baked Fries, which you can find on our site, and a pickle on the side!

The last days of spring are quickly approaching, so make a nice batch of Zucchini and Corn Chili with Quinoa while there is still a nip in the air. It’s loaded with flavor and packed with nutrients. I suggest making our Cashew Sour Cream to add on top, and you can find the recipe or over on our site.
