Spring has sprung! 🌸
The birds are singing, the bunnies are hopping, the temps are rising, flowers and trees are budding and blooming 🌼 and this means that all of the bright, fresh produce that we have been waiting for all winter is here, too!

Our Eggless Salad is creamy, fluffy and has that eggy-flavor we love that comes from the Himalayan black salt that we sprinkle in. We like to lightly toast the bread and top our sandwich with fresh veggies for crunch. We also brighten it up with fresh dill which really makes your taste buds dance! This is perfect for lunch on a spring day, or any day of the year. |

Farmer’s Market Salad with Spring Zinger Dressing We love farmer’s markets! It’s fun to pick up local veggies that are in season, as well as other goodies like nuts, tomatoes, spring onions, lettuce, spinach, carrots and freshly baked bread. We decided to toss them all together to create a big, beautiful, colorful, crispy and crunchy salad with all of these tasty goodies, and top it with our brand new zesty Spring Zinger Dressing.
