Broccoli, pasta and cheese sauce come together in this incredible creamy casserole! Something magical happens in the oven as it bakes, and when you take it out of the oven and slice into it, you’ll discover a delicious custard binding everything together. Wow! This dish is creamy, comforting and everyone will love it.

Italian White Bean Lemon Orzo Soup
We gave traditional Italian white bean and orzo soup a bright pop by adding fresh lemon. It’s actually the star of the show, and adds a nice spring freshness and zing that we love. Tender pasta, bright lemon and creamy white beans are all it takes to make a dreamy bowl of goodness.

Salisbury Steak-Style Patties with Mushroom Gravy and Mashed Potatoes
Salisbury steak is a version of the German born dish, the Hamburg Steak but it was actually created by an American doctor, Dr. Salisbury, who promoted a meat-based diet to solve digestive problems. Interesting! Our plant strong version of this spiced-up hamburger has tons of flavor, a great chewy bite, and actually will help with digestive problems because it is made from 100% plant-food. Topped with our delicious mushroom gravy and served over fluffy mashed potatoes, this dish makes a delicious  and comforting Sunday dinner.
