This week, we’re happy to give you a Super Soup Trifecta! It’s time to get your soup-on!
Any time of the year is a good time for soup, even summer. That being said, one of our soups is chilled, and ultra refreshing!
Soup needs time, and gets even better after a day in the fridge. As it sits, the flavors really have a chance to get to know each other. Super tasty! Make some soup on a Sunday, and eat the leftovers during the week, for some easy and delicious meals.

This week we're offering up French Onion Soup with Smoked Gouda Cheese ToastsThai Red Curry Soup, and Chilled Tuscan Tomato Soup!

 

French Onion Soup with Smoked Gouda Cheese Toasts
French onion soup originated in Paris, and the French call it “soupe à l'oignon,” or simply, onion soup. Our version is loaded with flavor from the caramelized sweet onions, and fresh thyme. Drop a Cheese Toast into your soup, and rediscover a delicious, plant-powered, timeless classic. The Cheese Toasts really soak up the delicious soup. YUM!

Thai Red Curry Soup
Red Curry Soup originates from central Thailand, and gets its rich color from red chilis. We use Thai Red Curry Paste in this recipe, which we mix with coconut milk for our curry sauce. The fresh cilantro, creamy coconut milk, and curry paste, all come together to create a sweet and tangy, delicious soup that is simple to make! It’s so tasty, you'll want to slurp up every last drop! Make some brown rice with it, if you’d like a heartier soup.

Chilled Tuscan Tomato Soup
This chilled tomato soup is super refreshing, and with fresh oregano and basil, it has all of the flavors of Tuscany! Serve it as a first course, or as a light, summer lunch. Make a batch of our Crunchy Croutons to toss in for crunch!
