We make a few stops around the globe, and then head back home for classic comfort food, which includes a yummy side dish!

We're talking about Garlic Ginger Noodles with Almond Sauce, Jerk Chicken-Style Bowls with Coconut Rice and Mango Salsa and our Crispy Ranch Club Wraps! Were also including our Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Curry for a quick and tasty side dish! This week, our crazy good Ranch Dressing makes another appearance, and we’re also introducing our Breaded Soy Curls and Mango Salsa!

 

Garlic Ginger Noodles with Almond Sauce

This beautiful noodle dish is surprisingly fresh and crunchy! We combine nutty almond butter, garlic and ginger to create our Almond Sauce that coats these noodles. It adds a great combination of sweet, spicy and tangy! Perfect for a light, summer meal..

Jerk Bowl with Coconut Rice and Mango Salsa
When you think of Jamaica, you may think of white sandy beaches, Reggae music, and fruity rum drinks. But, then there is the food! When it comes to spices and big, bold flavors, this lush little slice of the Caribbean has us covered—especially with their fragrant, savory, sweet and spicy Jamaican Jerk Sauce. We make ours with all of the flavors of this island paradise, and drizzle it over Coconut Rice, Mango Salsa and Pan-Seared Soy Curls to create our Bowls. Wow! Your staycation starts now.

This Wrap has all of the delicious flavors of a classic Club Sandwich! It's stuffed with crispy Breaded Soy Curls, our sweet and smoky Coconut Bacon, and juicy tomatoes. And, when we drizzle on our amazing Ranch Dressing, it's to die for. Dig into crispy, crunchy, smoky and creamy deliciousness!

Breaded Soy Curls
These crispy, crunchy chicken-style strips are delicious! Use them in any recipe that you would typically use breaded chicken—such as our Crispy Ranch Club Wraps. Or, make a yummy dipping sauce and dunk them in as an appetizer or snack. Even without any oil, they are finger-licking good!

Our Sweet Potato Fries are baked in the oven, and you won’t even miss the oil! They get nicely browned on the outside, and tender on the inside. We add curry powder for a sweet and spicy twist, that is surprisingly addictive. A perfect side dish or snack.

Mango Salsa
Our Mango Salsa is simple to make, and crazy good! Fresh mango is tossed with tangy lime and spicy jalapeño to create this sweet and sassy topper, that immediately makes any dish gorgeous!
