Zesty Fajitas We make our Fajitas with chipotle peppers and tangerine juice for a slightly spicy and citrusy freshness that we love! We spice up Soy Curls and then pan-fry them so they come out crispy, with a chewy texture, along with crisp tender peppers and sweet onions. Topped with our Smoky Salsa and Guacamole, this dish is a zesty fiesta!

Chili Verde Chili Verde comes from Northern Mexico, and variations on this stew-like dish are endless. In our plant-powered version, we use pretty green tomatillos for their tangy brightness, and fire-roasted green chilis for smokiness. Roasted Poblano Enchilada Bake If this doesn't satisfy your craving for a hearty, cheesy and delicious Mexican dish, we don’t know what will! Each Enchilada is stuffed with our amazing Pepper Jack Cheese, along with roasted poblano peppers, covered in our zesty Enchilada Sauce, and then baked on a bed of Spanish Rice. Pico de Gallo Pico de gallo is a popular Mexican salsa, also known as salsa fresca, and it’s all about freshness! Traditionally, it’s made from chopped tomato, onion, and serrano peppers, with salt, lime juice, and cilantro. It’s super easy to make! Chop it all up, chill, and serve with all of your Mexican favorites, and anything else that needs a burst of tangy freshness. Just make sure your tomatoes are as ripe as can be! |
