Sage and Sausage Stuffing Thanksgiving stuffing was always something we looked forward to every year. Our mom would make stuffing throughout the year as well, but nothing compared to the stuffing at Thanksgiving. She would always make an extra pan and not serve it at Thanksgiving dinner, just so we knew we’d have leftovers, no matter how many guests we had or how much we all ate that day. She would also add pork sausage to her stuffing, so perfecting our pork-style sausage to add to our Stuffing was a big part of getting this right. We think we came really close, while keeping it 100% plants. Yum! |

Maple Rosemary Glazed Sweet Potatoes Growing up, every Thanksgiving our mom would make “candied sweet potatoes”—made with cups of sugar and sticks of butter. They would sit on the back burner of the stove for hours and slowly caramelize. We loved them. In our version, we use 100% pure maple syrup to glaze our sweet potatoes, and add rosemary and toasted pecans to really jazz up our taste buds. Delicious! |

Top them with our Mushroom Gravy and instantly turn them into the star of your holiday dinner table! But, you don’t have to wait for a holiday to devour them—any Wednesday night will do. |

Cranberry Sauce A little sweet, a little tart—a lot delicious! What holiday table would be complete without a small bowl of cranberry sauce. The beloved cranberry sauce we remember as kids was a sweet, jiggly blob-on-a-plate that still held the shape of the can it was poured out of, and we loved it. But, our tastebuds have come a long way since then, and we now make ours with fresh cranberries that burst and pop when we simmer them with fresh orange juice and fall spices. This tart little treat is a great accent to savory meals and side dishes. |

Green Bean Casserole with Crispy Onion Strings In our house, green bean casserole was a side dish to every holiday meal. It’s funny how it only made an appearance at Thanksgiving or Christmas! We’ve transformed the original Campbell’s soup recipe that we all know and love—green beans, creamy mushroom sauce, and crispy onion strings, into a delicious plant-based version of this classic dish. |
