Butternut Squash Lasagna with Sage Cream Sauce
Whether it was lasagna, ravioli, stuffed shells, cavatelli or gnocchi, in our house, along with all of the other traditional dishes our mom made for the holidays, some form of pasta was a must! And, lasagna was a favorite. Our Butternut Squash Lasagna is a twist on traditional lasagna. It’s layered with our delicious Tofu Ricotta, roasted butternut squash, and a cheesy sage cream sauce that makes every bite taste like Thanksgiving..

Wild Rice Stuffed Portobellos with Holiday Gravy
We stuff juicy Portobello mushroom caps with a fantastic mix of rice, nuts, cranberries and spices and top it with our delicious Holiday Gravy. Wow! This is a great main dish to serve for a holiday dinner, with all of the traditional side dishes that you love.

Sage and Sausage Stuffing
Thanksgiving stuffing was always something we looked forward to every year. Our mom would make stuffing throughout the year as well, but nothing compared to the stuffing at Thanksgiving. She would always make an extra pan and not serve it at Thanksgiving dinner, just so we knew we’d have leftovers, no matter how many guests we had or how much we all ate that day. She would also add pork sausage to her stuffing, so perfecting our pork-style sausage to add to our Stuffing was a big part of getting this right. We think we came really close, while keeping it 100% plants. Yum!

Maple Rosemary Glazed Sweet Potatoes
Growing up, every Thanksgiving our mom would make “candied sweet potatoes”—made with cups of sugar and sticks of butter. They would sit on the back burner of the stove for hours and slowly caramelize. We loved them. In our version, we use 100% pure maple syrup to glaze our sweet potatoes, and add rosemary and toasted pecans to really jazz up our taste buds. Delicious!

Buttery Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy
Mmmm…...mashed potatoes. We love them! We add our Roasted Garlic and Onion Butter to everyday mashed potatoes, giving them a sweet, buttery flavor. Top them with our Mushroom Gravy and instantly turn them into the star of your holiday dinner table! But, you don’t have to wait for a holiday to devour them—any Wednesday night will do.

Cranberry Sauce
A little sweet, a little tart—a lot delicious! What holiday table would be complete without a small bowl of cranberry sauce. The beloved cranberry sauce we remember as kids was a sweet, jiggly blob-on-a-plate that still held the shape of the can it was poured out of, and we loved it. But, our tastebuds have come a long way since then, and we now make ours with fresh cranberries that burst and pop when we simmer them with fresh orange juice and fall spices. This tart little treat is a great accent to savory meals and side dishes.

Green Bean Casserole with Crispy Onion Strings
In our house, green bean casserole was a side dish to every holiday meal. It’s funny how it only made an appearance at Thanksgiving or Christmas! We’ve transformed the original Campbell’s soup recipe that we all know and love—green beans, creamy mushroom sauce, and crispy onion strings, into a delicious plant-based version of this classic dish.

Smoky Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Dip
If you serve this Dip to a crowd, it will be gobbled right up without anyone knowing it’s plant food. Spinach, shallots and artichokes are mixed with our famous Smoked Gouda to create a warm, gooey and delicious Dip that everyone will rave about.

Nutty Cheese Ball and Crackers
You’ll go absolutely nutty over this Cheese Ball! We mix creamy cashews and toasty almond flour, with garlic and onions, form it into a ball, and then coat it with pecans, for a tasty appetizer. It goes especially well with our crumbly and delicious Rosemary Oat Crackers. Dress up your holiday table with this fun and tasty Cheese Ball and Cracker combo!

Pumpkin Pie with Creamy Whipped Topping
Pumpkin Pie is traditionally served on Thanksgiving, and our plant-powered version really hits the spot! We make a simple crust, with just a few ingredients. Our filling is sweet and creamy, mixed with all of the warm and toasty spices we love. Plop a dollop of our cool, Creamy Whipped Topping on top and it will send you straight to Pumpkin Pie heaven.
