About 2 cups
This jam is all berries! The dates are all you need for sweetness. It's fresh, sweet and delicious over waffles, pancakes or on peanut butter toast. Yum!
1 cup strawberries, sliced in half1 cup blackberries, sliced in half1 cup fresh blueberries2 large Medjool dates, pitted, sliced in half1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice1/8 teaspoon lemon zest, zest before juicing
Add all of the ingredients to a sauté pan over medium heat. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes, stirring often, until the berries break down. When it's ready, you will end up with a delicious and chunky Berry Jam.
Set it aside to cool, and then place in a storage container in your fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving.
This Berry Jam will last about a week in your fridge.
