About 2 cups
This jam is all berries and no sugar! The dates are all you need for sweetness. It's fresh, sweet and delicious over waffles, pancakes or on peanut butter toast.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, fresh, sliced in half
1 cup blackberries, fresh, sliced in half
1 cup fresh blueberries
2  Medjool dates, pitted, sliced in half
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions

  1. Add strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and dates to a sauté pan over medium heat. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a squeeze of orange juice. Let this cook and break down, stirring as it cooks. After about 20 minutes, it will resemble a chunky jam.

  2. Set aside and let cool. Place in a storage container and store in your fridge to chill up to an hour before serving.
