Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lay the tortillas directly onto the middle oven rack, draping each one over 2 bars. This will make a nice, crispy taco shell shape. You can also just lay them on flat for tostadas.
Use oven mitts to avoid burns while laying and removing your shells!
Bake them for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn! Test for crispiness. Remove them from the oven and let them cool a bit before filling them.
