Ginger Miso Dressing

About 1 cup
This dressing is the star of our Veggie Sushi Bowls. The fresh ginger gives it a great zing and it's delicious drizzled over salads, other bowl creations and into wraps.

Ingredients

2/3 cup brown rice vinegar
4 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons tamari
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
3 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
8 turns freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk together to combine. So easy!
