Preheat the oven—or toaster oven—to 425° F.
Place your chickpeas in a bowl and toss them with all of the spices. Spread them out on a baking sheet and pop it into the oven. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, tossing a couple of times as they bake. Check them every now and then, and if you want them crispier leave in a bit longer. When they’re done, turn the oven off and leave chickpeas in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Let them cool a bit before eating them all!
