Drain your dates, and add them to a high-speed blender with the rest of the ingredients, starting with ¼ cup of water.
Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides if you need to, until there are no little bits of dates left, and your Dip is nice and creamy. Depending on the thickness of your peanut butter, and the size of your dates, you may need to add up to 1/4 cup more water to get it to a nice, caramel-like consistency. Keep blending until you get there!
Slice up your favorite apples, and start dippin’!
We like to chill our apples in the fridge, and get them nice and crispy before slicing them up. They are great like this with the Dip!
Store your Dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
