Smoky Chipotle Dressing

Makes about 1 ½ cups
This is one of my favorite dressings! Spice up your burgers and bowls with this perfect blend of smoky, spicy goodness. This dressing is amazing on salads and in wraps, not to mention it takes our Smoky Chipotle Burgers to the next level!


2/3 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 20 minutes
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
8 turns freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chipotle flakes
2/3 cup water


  1. First, drain and rinse the cashews. Then, place all of your ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend for about 2 minutes, until it looks smooth and creamy.

Recipe Notes

You can store this in the fridge for up to a week.

Chipotle flakes are bit spicy so use more or less, depending on how hot you like it!
