Walnut Parmesan

Similar to our Almond Parmesan, this nut cheese is made with walnuts instead of almonds. This stuff enhances any dish you sprinkle it on! The flavor is nutty, salty and cheesy. Try it on avocado toast, pastas and pizza!

Ingredients

1 cup walnuts, raw
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into your food processor, and pulse until everything is combined and there are no big chunks of walnuts remaining. Make sure that you don’t over pulse or your Walnut Parmesan will turn into more of a walnut butter.

Recipe Notes

Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
