Almond Parmesan

This cheese is fantastic! Absolutely one of my favorites. For our Cashew Parmesan, we blend whole cashews up in a food processor to create a delicious cheesy topping. Our amazing recipe developer, Julie, had an idea to make a quicker, yet equally-as-tasty version. This recipe uses almond flour instead of whole cashews and allows you to skip the food processor entirely. There is something about almond flour that adds great texture and so much flavor. This is amazing sprinkled over any of our pastas, veggies and over our pizzas.

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon granulated garlic

Directions

  1. Grab a small bowl, and whisk together the almond flour, nutritional yeast, salt, onion and garlic. Be sure to break down any clumps of almond flour. Done!

Recipe Notes

Sprinkle this on anything and everything.
