Overnight Vanilla Chia Oats

Sweet, creamy, delicious and only 5 minutes of prep! Ready to grab-and-go in the morning and packed with Omega 3’s from the chia seeds, these oats really soak up flavor overnight!

Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup soy milk
1 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Stir and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir and add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Additional Toppings: Sliced fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, chopped Medjool dates, granola.

You can also add 1 tablespoon of nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut) the night before to give the oats an extra creaminess. Frozen fruit and berries are great to use, too.

You can replace the soy milk with your favorite plant-based milk. Try unsweetened vanilla almond milk!
