Overnight Peanut Butter Oats

Makes 1 serving
Quick, easy and oh-so-peanut-buttery. This is a great way to kick off your morning.


1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup plant-based milk, we like unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter, no sugar or oil
1 handful peanuts, chopped


  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the chopped peanuts, in a jar with a tight-sealing lid. Stir and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. The following morning, stir and add the chopped peanuts and enjoy! For you peanut butter lovers, you can also add dollop more peanut butter if you like, to finish.
